Amera’s Palace one of the most well respected Belly Dance programs in the Southern Hemisphere will be bringing their classes to the Sports Centre. Belly Dance is not only fun, it’s a great form of exercise. Belly Dance tones the arms, strengthens abs and tightens the obliques. Participants will be taught basic technique, travelling steps, how to turn, interpretation of the music and choreography.
