Planning an Event
The Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre is one of Sydney's most versatile venues. The Arena readily adapts to host a range of different events such as conferences, concerts, exhibitions and dinners. Using a combination of drapes, fixed and retractable tiered seating and loose floor seating, the venue can comfortably accommodate as few as 500 or as many as 5000 people.
The main Arena is supported by a range of smaller rooms that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the event.
The competitive hiring fee includes the use of a long list of event equipment. This includes stages in a variety of sizes, carpet, floor to ceiling drapes, a dance floor and retractable and floor seating, all of which can be configured to suit the event.
Two large LED video screens are also available for hire at an additional cost.
The experienced staff at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre has been hosting events since 1984. Professional assistance is provided in the areas of planning, production, theming, catering and ticketing. Hirers also benefit from access to Sydney Olympic Park's publicity network to assist in the promotion of their event.
