School Holiday Programs

We will not be holding any Gymnastics Holiday Clinics in January 2012 due to maintenance work in the Gymnastics Centre.

Please check this page again towards the end of March for details of our April Holiday Clinics.

Kindergym

Kindergym makes learning fun while teaching children the concept of movement. The emphasis is on assisting development of fine and gross motor skills, thus enhancing hand eye coordination. Kindergym also teaches children skills and develops overallcoordination which is important for participation in all sports.

After school Gymnastics Program

Recreational classes cater for both boys and girls from 5-12 years of age. Gymnastics teaches children coordination, discipline, listening skills as well as gross and fine motor skills. It promotes good health by improving strength, flexibility and fitness. The children participate in activities such as tumbling, balancing, swinging and jumping in a fun and safe environment.

School Sports Program

The School Sports Program gives primary and high school students the opportunity to experience sports they would not normally play, in venues they would not normally have access to, under the guidance of qualified coaches.  The programs are held at the Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Sports Halls and Hockey Centre.
