Sydney Olympic Park is accessible by bus, train, ferry and by car. For transport information phone 131 500. If you choose to drive, there are 10,000 car spaces. Casual parking is available at $4 per hour to a maximum of $20.
The Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre (previously known as the State Hockey Centre) is located on Shirley Strickland Avenue near the intersection with Sarah Durack Avenue.
Free parking for hockey players only is usually available in the P4 car park when entered through the boom gate that comes off the turning circle on Shirley Strickland Avenue, directly behind the Hockey Centre. Spectator parking is not available through this boom gate.
Parking for spectators at events at the Sydney Olympic Hockey Centre is generally available in the P4 car park behind the Hockey Centre. Entry is via the boom gate at the intersection of Sarah Durack Avenue and Edwin Flack Avenue. When this car park is full, vehicles will be directed to another car park within the precinct.
